This is now possible with remote connectivity software that can be reversed to view your computer screen and control the mouse and keyboard as you watch, or I can direct you or someone on your staff to complete the necessary tasks.  

Note: In the event an immediate solution cannot be found for your problem, I will get back to you with a solution the next day or as soon as possible.

You will only be charged for the actual time spent troubleshooting the problem or repairing the problem online.

There is a minimum one hour billing charge.

A credit card payment is required at completion of all Consulting Services offered.
